Is your agency looking for the right person to take on the task of website development and/or design for your clients? If yes, then I just may be your guy. I work with a number of small to medium sized agencies to ensure their projects are done efficiently, professionally and with the highest quality possible.
Picking the right developer to represent your company is a BIG decision. The decisions I make will reflect on your company, your brand, and your clients, so having trust and confidence in what I do and how I interact with you and your clients is vital. I encourage you to check out some of my testimonials and even reach out to me if you’d like to speak with some of my agency partners.
I have amazing relationships with my agency partners. They are a vital part of my business and I strive to create not only amazing websites, but amazing, long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial for all parties!
Benefits of an Agency Partnership
I pride myself in providing clear, concise and timely communication. Whether it is responding to generic emails, support questions or communication during a website build I strive to respond In a timely manner (usually within an hour) so we can all keep things moving.
Running a lean ship as I do, I can typically turn a project around in under 12 weeks (typically less). Development time is typically 2-3 weeks once I have designs and based on my schedule I can usually get a project on my calendar within 6-8 weeks.
While website pricing can vary dramatically my typical agency websites fall in the $3,000 – $6,000 range. This leaves your agency plenty of room to turn a good profit and offer your clients an affordable, yet quality website that they will be proud of.
An often under-appreciated and overlooked aspect of a website is the quality of the underlying code. I take pride is creating websites with clean, well-commented, efficient code using best practices. This helps ensure longevity of a website, great performance, and ease of maintenance and future-proofing.
I love when my clients come to me with a problem that I can help them solve. These unique requests give me the opportunity to use my experience to provide an easy-to-use solution for the end user. With WordPress nearly anything is possible, and I love bringing ideas to life.
One of the things I did not anticipate when I began agency work was the amazing relationships it would create. I really enjoy the relationships, dare I say friendships, I have created with my amazing Agency Partners and I am always looking to expand my network.
Hiring a contracted developer to work on a client project with you comes with some risk and trepidation. From the very first small project I hired Matt for to the larger full WordPress custom theme I hired him for shortly after, he has calmed all of my fears. Working with Matt is a fantastic experience. He works hard to become a trusted partner, offering solutions you hadn’t thought of and being incredibly responsive. With Matt, there are no loose ends and no need for micromanagement. My agency will absolutely have more work for him in the future.

I’ve created a six-step development process to keep things organized and efficient. Open communication, proper planning and transparency make each project as smooth as possible.
Yes, I do. Please contact me and we can discuss.
I handle agency work and direct client work the same way as both are very important to my business. All inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and projects are scheduled as time permits. I do offer expedited development (rush fees will apply) in extreme circumstances.
It depends. I will certainly take a look, but working on top of what is most likely old, dated code isn’t something I typically offer. My focus is building and customizing new sites as well as working with current and past clients. If this is a long-time client of yours I will do my best to help.
Again, it depends. Prices can range from $2,500 to $10,000+ depending on the full scope of your project. Typically projects fall in the $3,000-$6,000 range. I’d be happy to discuss your needs and give you an estimate.
There are a few factors that come into play here including the scope of the project, how quickly you can provide the assets needed for the site, if the assets are provided in an organized and web-ready manner and the speed in which you communicate. Typically sites take 4-6 weeks, but if communication is slow, or if I am waiting on assets from you, it can slow down the process considerably.
I use the Genesis Framework for all of my sites with my own Base Child Theme as a starting point. The Genesis Framework provides the backbone and my Base Child Theme is a blank canvas ready for customization.
My go-to plugins include Advanced Custom Fields & Gravity Forms. They are included in 100% of my builds unless the client has another form preference. Other plugins I typically use include WooCommerce, Simple 301 Redirects, Easy Digital Downloads, Genesis Simple Share, WP Migrate DB Pro, Yoast SEO, Akismet, AffiliateWP, User Switching, WP Featherlight and WP Smush.
I also include my own Core Functionality Plugin where I handle all non-theme functionality like Custom Post Types, Shortcodes and taxonomies. That way should you ever need to change themes, you won’t lose that core functionality.
I don’t personally offer graphic design services but work with a number of talented designers on a daily basis. My design team will handle any graphic design needs (website design, logos, graphics). While I am fluent in the Adobe Suite I focus my time on development.
Matt is one of those people you wish you could find. He’s intelligent, focused, committed, organized, and never complains. No matter what the situation is, or how challenging, he’s always looking for solutions, never loses his focus or cool, and keeps putting out the same excellent work time after time.
